I'm going to take 1 year break for next NEET and JEE preparation so worst case if i didn't clear then can i apply Anna University 2022 Counselling ? or is there any restrictions ?

Yes, you can apply for Anna University TNEA counselling in 2022. There are no certain restrictions. Many repeaters who couldn't able to get a seat are applying for TNEA.
