Hello student I'm sorry to inform you but no you're not eligible to Apply in UG courses offered by university of Delhi as the last date to fill the application Form was 31st August 2020.
You can fill take admission in SOL (school of Open Learning, University of Delhi) the last date to fill the application Form and make application payments is 30th November 2020.

Generally it depends on more than percentage obtained in Class 12th Examination. Such as which subject you wish to pursue and wish institute (under Delhi University) you wish to pursue it from. Usually depending on that, there are entrance exams then counselling for admission into Delhi University and other colleges. Being from Delhi, gives relief in cutoff ranks. 6 cutoffs and even the special cutoffs for all the colleges of delhi university have already been released . If upto now , you haven't got any seat there are less chances you'll get admission now as upto now , almost all the seats have already been filled .
