In MP all India qoeta seats are reverted for state qoeta after first round for bams so other state students cannot attend the second round.... allotment of seats can be possible for others state students.. Tell me..

Hi,
This year seats were reverted back after completion of first , 2nd round and mop up round of counselling via all India quota. The remaining seats which were vacant after mop up round were reverted back to each state. So once the seats are reverted back to state only candidates fulfilling the domicile criteria can apply for counselling of that particular state.
