Yes, from this year, Guru Gobind Indrpashtha University will give admissions to B. Tech courses (except Biotechnology) through JEE Mains.
And as far as IPU cut off is concerned, it cannot be predicted with sure confirmation as this is the first year when IPU CET is not conducted for B. Tech courses.

From year 2019 onwards, GGSIPU has decided to take admission in various courses through national level exams and it will use JEE MAINS score for giving admission in B.Tech courses.
