Ipu refers sc,st,pwd,widow's 5% eligibility relaxation.. this relaxation is also refer for obc(ncl) caterogy of delhi students or not?

According to reservation policy of IPU For admission into university schools, IGIT and government institutions of Delhi for students of delhi there is 85% seat reservation. There is 27% reservation for the OBC non creamy layer candidates. However there is no eligibility relaxation for OBC NCL students. The relaxation of 5% is only valid for SC, ST,PWD,Widow and wards of defence personel only. Hope this helps.
