I do not have any idea about Chandigarh Univerisity but i do know about LPU. Lovely Professional University is the best engineering college in India. Btech Computer Science is a UG level course. Btech Computer Science course is about the basics of computer programming and networking concepts such as algorithms, computation, programming languages, programme design, computer hardware, computer software etc.
