Dear Asif,
Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) involves researching, designing, developing and testing of electronic equipment used in various systems. Electronics and Communications engineers also conceptualize and oversee the manufacturing of communications and broadcast systems.
This stream of engineering deals with analog transmission, basic electronics, microprocessors, solid state devices, digital and analog communication, analog integrated circuits, microwave engineering, satellite communication, antennae and wave progression. It also deals with the manufacturing of electronic devices, circuits, and communications equipment.
Which University is better It all depends upon the prospect of university/college that you are looking forward to like the curriculum and study, recruitment and placement rate and campus infrastructure and life. Before choosing any University for study I would advice you to do comparison on various parameter like Academics,Ranking,Exposure,Placements etc.

I hope this helps. Good Luck.
Don't get confused, finalise the stream in which you are interested.
Let me highlight what I came to know from one of my colleagues son:
An Engineering programme clearly deals with the basic sciences to technology with relevant practice through labs and projects for building the problem solving skills, keeping industry requirements in place.
When it comes to Engineering Programme, LPU is the best place to think upon.
B.Tech ECE is the right option as A bachelor degree in Electronics and communication Engineering offers innovative electives and projects in the contemporary areas like Automation System, Micro-Satellite Module Design, IoT(Internet of things),Solar Energy,Space Science which provides an edge over a regular B.Tech. The practical exposure instills confidence essential for crafting entrepreneurs of tomorrow.
The programmes are:
Programme Specific Outcomes
#Demonstrate knowledge and competence in the application of circuit analysis and design in the areas of analog/digital electronics, microprocessor/microcontroller, control systems etc.
#Demonstrate knowledge and competence in the design, application and analysis of communication systems including wireless, cellular and mobile communication.
# Demonstrate knowledge and competence in computer programming and networks for building, testing, operation, and maintenance of systems and associated hardware/software
#Demonstrate abilities of project management techniques to design electrical/electronics systems, building team skills and entrepreneur skills.
# Demonstrate to utilize basic sciences, statistics/probability, mathematics and fundamentals of electrical/electronics for designing low cost societal solutions.
# Experiential learning through uniquely designed do it yourself (DIY) approach courses.
More than 550 companies visit every year for such activities and campus-recruitment of students from LPU and this year for batch graduating in 2020, already more than 500 placement/internship drives have been conducted till January 2020 with leading industry giants (more than 90% being MNCs) and generating more than 3000 offers just in the first half of the academic session. I believe that you should visit LPU campus.
He further told that in order to take admission you must have 60% in 10+2 with (English , Physics & Mathematics ) will have to appear in LPUNEST whereas those who have scored 90% in +2 or scored 90 percentile in JEE Mains are exempted from LPUNEST. University is taking Remotely Online proctored test from home considering the scenario of COVID-19.
I will advise you to book the seat online at the earliest or maximum by 15-7-2020
hope this helps.
