Is civil in pec better or cs in IET Lucknow?

I think as best one is computer science is best you need to work hard for placements. But you may not have govt jobs with this ur not eligible for any groups. U comes under general or any graduate. Job competition is more.

But I want government jobs and want to apply for further studies such as IES ,GATE or MBA
