Cutoffs of BITS are not likely to be down this year as they have the tendency to increase every year but it may happen that for some branches like mechanical or civil and for BITS hyderabad,it may drop down but it is certain that this drop is not due to fee structure because the cutoffs and fee structure are not anyhow related.
