Comparing IITS with BITS is not fair. IITs have one of a kind repute not only in India but it the world.
But in case if you are not getting the admission in the stream of your preference in IITs then you can go for BITS or VIT or NITs.

IIT and BITS, both are the most premier institution for the students who are aspiring to pursue B.Tech. from these colleges. So, its depend on the candidate's preferences to rank the college accordingly. Now, depending on the various factors like:IIT and BITS offer the best infrastructural campus.Experienced faculties are the key features of both the institutions.Both the colleges have excellent track records of placements, rest depends on students skill set.For taking admission into IIT, you have to crack JEE Advanced entrance examination. While BITSAT is the entrance examination for securing admission in any of the BITS Campus. It entirely depends on the stream which you will prefer while taking admission. So, both are renowned colleges, all that matter is Thank You!

Hello,
No one can compare BITS with an IIT as IITs are far more better than BITS in terms of academics,faculties,placements,facilities and it is government college.Although BITS is also good option if you can't get any IIT with your choice of branch.But i must say if you have both options available then choose IIT.
