As per norms IIT's give admission on the basis of JEE Advanced rank.
As you have stated that you have got 90.74 percentile in JEE Mains. On the basis of Mains Rank you can get admission into State Govt. Colleges, NIT's, IIIT's and some private colleges too.
So don't loose hope give JEE Advanced paper with full throttle and get a good score in it to get admission in IIT's.
