Is lovely professional University free from ragging

On inquiring from the counsellors, I came to know that n obody is ragged at LPU, This word actually doesn’t exists there. There is a complete secularism in the LPU  as you will find seniors and juniors treated similarly at the Campus and even at the Hostel.

T he university is committed to zero tolerance to ragging, alcohol, smoking, drugs and disciplinary misconduct. So, the university is the safest place in terms of security of a ward.

LPU is one of the safest places and is very strict in its rules and regulations. Few safety and security features I will highlight.
1) The university ensures Zero tolerance to Ragging, Alcohol, Smoking, Drugs, and Disciplinary Misconduct. These are strictly prohibited in the university campus.
2) Automated Turnstile Gates with biometric machines regulate entry to hostels. Nearly 4000 CCTV cameras and experienced security staff deployed at all strategic locations throughout the campus ensure 24X7X365 security. Data is saved to track the movement of students/ visitors.

Yes LPU is ragging free campus. The security of LPU is very excellent. There are more than 4500 CCTV cameras installed in University with security check points in every 100 meters to facilitate students. So, till now there is no issue related to ragging or unfareness found in LPU. This is the best university to build strong career.

LPU is very strict in its rules and regulations. Any kind of misconduct is not allowed inside the campus. There is a security guard at every 100 m and CCTVs are installed everywhere. So, don't worry, there will be no ragging.

LPU is the campus which caters to the all round development of its students and nurtures their well being.

At the time of admission only , the student has to sign an affidavit of anti ragging. The security vigilance does not allow ragging to be done in any form.

The 4000+ CCTV cameras too keep a vigilant eye for such practices.

Any students found ragging has to undergo a vigorous nondisciplinary action.

The safety of the students is the priority of LPU.

LPU campus is totally free from ragging.

The student has to fill an affidavit before joining the campus for the same reason.

A student found in any such activity is immediately suspended.

The 4000+ CCTV cameras and the security system of LPU does allow such things to creep in the campus.

So this is also a reason for the popularity of India's largest and most successful university.

LPU is an international university with students and faculty from across more than 70 Countries. The environment of LPU in terms of study and career building is very healthy. Every person has engagement in work to prove himself for assigned tasks and appraisals. Faculty is busy in lectures and research. Students are busy in classes and project works, assignments, innovative creations. There is no ragging in the campus due to very strict rules. Even university itself organizing interaction sessions of students with seniors and alumni for career related guidance.The top placement records of LPU is the proof of such efforts.

There is no such activity performed at LPU. Ragging is an offence and if anyone found doing the same is liable for severe punishment.

LPU DOES NOT TOLERATE RAGGING, DISCRIMINATION REGARDING COLOR, CASTE, AND LOOKS OF INDIVIDUALS and has a strict policy to deal against it .

• LPU has a strong anti-ragging policy: no such kind of activities is seen and tolerated in the universities.
• Because of so much diversity available, everybody: may it be of race, culture, ethnicity, country, all are same and everybody is respected.
• ALL ARE ONLY STUDENTS inside the LPU, while one is free to express their culture and values without any restrictions. In events like One World and One India, one is able to express their cultures and tradition in healthy competition.

No college is free from ragging 100 percent in India which is a bitter truth internally there is some ragging which is there is less or more amount everywhere. Lovely professional University though has least ragging issues due to its deciplined management and so you will feel safe and happy there.
