hello Vishnu,

Didn't you mention the NCC thing while regsitration,you had a option for "NCC" category saying "YES" or "NO". Also you are supposed to carry those CAP,NCC,PH etc certificates during Certificate Verification Atleast.BECAUSE, now they wont be accepting as all formalities are done.

But i ask you to give it a try by contacting the helpline numbers on official website of TSEamcet.
