Hello student yes there are A grade jobs for archaeologists in India. Some of the duties are mentioned below :-
1)preserve, restore and clean artifacts
2)collecting data about the archaeological sites
3)collects artifacts made of stone, metal bones and preserve themthem
In India as a fresher archaeologist you can expect a placement of around 2.5to 3.5lakh per annum (
