is there any chance of getting admission in dtu if score is less than minimum marks in uceed??

If the marks obtained by you in UCEED are less than the minimum marks required, then you can't get admission in not only DTU but any of the govt colleges.
Therefore, I would recommend you to try for private colleges through direct admission or through their respective entrance exams.
