Is there any chance to get admission in any NLU with 5148 all India ranking in CLAT-2018. Marks obtained is 89.5.Aakriti

Considering your rank you don't seem to have much chance for admission in any NLU if you belong to the general category. The  cut offs for previous years has been really high. Here is the cut off in 2017, you can expect a Similar range this year too.
