Is there Any type of quota in BITSAT

Dear Student,

Please note that BITSAT does not have any reservation quotas, and admissions are primarily determined by the BITSAT score and the merit list. However, BITS does have some specific provisions, including:

• Board Toppers: Admission is granted to exceptional performers in Class 12 board examinations.
• Direct Admission for Specific Programs: This is subject to the rules set by BITS.
• Wards of Pilani Campus Employee: Certain provisions may apply to them.

It’s important to clarify that SC/ST/OBC status does not provide any reservation quota in BITSAT admissions.

If you’re looking to get into Class 9 at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV), you’ll need to go through the Lateral Entry Selection Test. Students currently in Class 8 can apply, just make sure you meet the eligibility criteria set by NVS, like age, district, and schooling requirements.
