I've wrote wbjee 2019 and got admission in a pvt. clg. Can I give wbjee 2020 and take part in counseling ? Will there be any problem in future ?

There will be no problem whatsoever you can definitely appear for wbjee again even if you have got college through it last year.
Theres no restriction regarding appearing for Wbjee examination and definitely not in your case to don't worry anxiety prepare well to get into your desired colleges this year.
