Hello,
Yes. There is separate cut off for Kashmiri migrants for SNAP. Cut off is decided as per the categorywise ( general, DA, J&K, etc) not specializationwise. Students can choose their specialization after coming to campus in first 45 days.
Here is the cutoff for kashmiri migrants (km)
Kashmiri Migrants (KM)82.8182(sibm pune)
Kashmiri Migrants (KM)49.4344(sibm Bangalore )

I have been shortlisted for SIBM and SCMHRD for the GEPIWAT process. I have average academics. What are my chances of conversion in these colleges?

The Kashmir Migrant quota cutoff SNAP 2018 have bewn menntioned below :-
You need to appear for Group exercise, Writen test and personal interview once you receive call after gettibg shortlisted, hence prepartion is must.
