If you have not cleared JEE MAINS CUTOFF FOR JEE ADVANCED you still can register and apply for councelling On JOSAA portal and you can also perform choice filling without any cost but the last date for choice filling and submission was 25th JUNE. So you cannot register on the JOSAA website for councelling but you can use your JEE MAIN RANK in admission in various private institute.
