Hi Gaurav, the fee for the B Tech programmes is Rs 120000 per semester. But you can get a waive off on the programme fee if you score well in the LPUNEST. This will bring down your fee considerably.

Scholarship Categories: As per their LPU, Scholarships are awarded to candidates based on their performance on any of the following categories:

The scholarship will also be offered on the basis of qualification previous to Eligibility qualification. For example, someone seeking admission in B.Tech can seek scholarship on the basis of 10+2 (Eligibility Qualification) or 10th (Qualification previous to 10+2). Augmenting support to deserving candidates, LPU has further expanded the scholarship bracket to even facilitate candidates scoring a minimum of 70% marks during the COVID-19 pandemic national lockdown period.

Fee for B.tech at LPU or any other programme depends on student’s caliber and you may get scholarship on tuition fees on the basis of various parameters. Tuition fees varies from course to course. Hostel Fees : Hostel Charges depend upon the type of hostel room, you opt for. University offers room from 1 to 6 seater and even dormitory and further AC and Non AC option as well. Fee structure of hostel ranges from around 36,000 INR to 150000 INR per academic year.

Mess Charges : University offers mess for complete academic session, which included 4 time meal at the charge of around 32,000 INR (approx)

Laundry : Laundry is optional and can be availed at the charges of 4,000 INR

For B.tech as per the 2020 admission session, fee structure is Rs 98000 per semester but let me tell you actual fee of course decreases as per scholarship LPU offers.Duration of B.tech course is 4 years, 8 semesters.

The scholarship is offered in all the programmes in order to provide financial benefit to bright and deserving students. During the last year, LPU has granted scholarships worth INR 100+ crores to students (maximum up-to 4.9 lacs per student) to pursue their education.
