Can you please mention the category you belong to? So that I would be able to tell you whether you are eligible or not.

However, the procedure for counselling is:

You would need to register online after paying the requisite counselling fee. Once the registation is completed, a login-id and password will be generate which will be required at the time of counselling.
At the time of counselling, candidates are required to fill in their choices of preferred law institutes. Based on the choices filled, university will allot seats based on merit, choice, category and region.

And if you are satisfied with the allotted seat, you will need to pay an admission fees of Rs. 40,000/- as an acceptance and confirmation of the seats. The same can be paid either online or offline. If you are not satisfied with the allotted seats, you can modify choices for the remaining rounds of counselling.
