Hey Vidhi,
Have you mentioned that you belong to EwS in the registration form?
If not, then you can not attach it afterwards while taking admission. You have to take admission through the unreserved category. You can try, by registering again on the Dlhi University portal and selecting the category if possible.
I f Yes, then you can , and you have to provide the EwS certificate while getting the admission.
