Make sure you look for proper cutoffs according to Quota (General-G, Ladies-L, TFWS, etc), category (Open, OBC, SC, ST, etc) and also based on home or other universities.

Generally, autonomous colleges like COEP & VJTI provide state-level seats irrespective of the university of your 12th std provided that you have studied in Maharashtra.
