The marks shall vary in Accordingly with difficulty level , Number of candidates appearing and their respective Performance, Previous year cutoffs.
All cutoff ranks have been mentioned below for DTU and its respective branches.

With 150+ marks you qualify for all NITs, and you can get branches like Biotechnology, Mechatronics, Chemical, Aeronautical.
