my friend completed her graduation last year from du sol and this year she is willing to give upsc exam and her graduation certificate didn't come, so what she do now??

Your friend can apply for the UPSC exam using the provisional certificate or final year marksheet as proof of graduation. The original degree certificate is not mandatory at the time of application but must be submitted during the document verification stage.
