The actual rank has not been published by NTA. But by an estimation from your percentile you are going to get general rank around 1lakh. You might get an obc rank around 20k. Since you are from bihar you do not qualify for home state quota in IIESTShibpur. So with this rank you will not be able to secure a seat in the college. Prepare for the forthcoming exam in april and do good.
