My jee main Gen-EWS rank is 19000 and my home state is Uttar Pradesh. Can I get into NIT(MNIT) and IIIT(Allahabad or Lucknow) any lower branch through Jossaa in any round or through CSAB ?

With a rank of around 19,000 in the general ews category, it becomes difficult to procure a seat in the nits like MNNIT or iiits as the closing ranks were around 5,000 in ews category for biotechnology under home state quota.
