You are not qualified . SO you can give JEE advanced exam.
So you can not get admission any college as you will be not able to participate in counselling of JEE.
Try to score 150 + Mark's to get admission in IIT delhi under your catogary.

Sorry your percentile is too low(2%) to get an IIT Delhi. You have to work hard to get more marks.

Firstly you should be qualified in jEE mains exam then nextly you should give attempt to jEE advance exam.
If you cross the cutoff for jEE advance then only you are eligible for the IITs.
.
Better to give attempt to April jEE mains exam because it is difficult to you qualify in jEE mains exam.if you get around 15000 rank then only you are eligible for IIT Delhi as per previous years trends.
.
If you get more than 90 + percentile in April jEE mains exam you will definitely get good nits .
Once visit this below link to know the previous years cutoff of IIT Delhi.
