My jee main rank is 4lkh in crl and 28k in sc catogory. Can i get admission in dtu?

As you know you that DTU is a very good college one of the best engineering colleges in India and it is one of the top most priority of students.
With this rank it is not possible to get admission in DTU .
You have to secure rank under 1 lakhs for outside Delhi region for admission in core branch .
You can see last year's cut offs and have reference about it.

You will definitely not get DTU based on your CRL but you can get a seat through your SC rank.
I can provide you the cutoff rank of DTU for SC category candidates from which you can get an idea.
In 2017, after the last round-
Cutoff Rank- 3,28,009 (Delhi Region)
Cutoff Rank- 97,140 (Outside Delhi)
In 2018, after the last round-
Cutoff Rank- 4,16,351 (Delhi Region)
Cutoff Rank- 1,59,897 (Outside Delhi)
