My jee mains marks are 122 with 46543 rank..can I get admission in Thapar institue of tech.My boards % are 90.2 .. residence outside punjab

If you are from outside Punjab then you have less chances in Thapar University.
You can get private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state students in private colleges based on JEE Main score/rank. You need to apply separately for them.
