My JEE mains rank is 3617 (general). I am from outside Delhi region. Can I get CSE in dtu?

Hi.
According to the trends from last few years, it has become a little difficult to get CSE in DTU with a rank above 3000. The Delhi General/JEE rank around 3500 would have just been a safe territory but if you are from outside Delhi, it might just not happen for you. Although you must apply for it, sometimes things can turn your way.
On the other hand, I would advise you to go with the branch of your choice. Your rank is pretty decent so getting CSE in a good NIT will be a cakewalk for you. Choosing branch over college will benefit you in the long term.
