Sorry Friend 130 marks is not enough to get CSE branch specially in college like MSU. The demand of the CSE branch is much higher now a days. Hopefully you understand it buddy.

MSU Baroda does not accept JEE MAINS score.
All the seats of MSU Baroda are filled through ACPC merit list.
It does so because it is a GOVERMENT University.
