Yes you have chances of getting admission in MBM Jodhpur, since the cutoff is near about your rank every year. But the closing ranks and cutoffs vary each time and I cannot predict for sure.
Although you can definitely get any other branch in MBM Jodhpur like Information Technology, Electronics and communication engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc. If unfortunately you do not qualify for CSE, then you can go for Information Technology which is a similar branch.
