My marks in cbse class 12 is 65 overall in five subjects and aggregate of PCM is 61. So if i get good rank & marks in jee main .

Yes, if you score well in JEE MAIN you can get admission in DTU or NSIT since eligibility criteria is 60 % marks in aggregate.
