All the medical college seats are divided in two categories. The two categories are

15% All India Quota Seats
85% State Quota Seats

As you have not mentioned the state to which you belong, to predict a college would be difficult. Since, you have not mentioned your category then I am assuming you to be a general category candidate. With 333 marks and 272323 rank to get a government MBBS seat through All India Quota would not be possible.
