It would be difficult to predict the actual rank or chances in colleges as JEE Main exam is being conducted twice for the first time. However, as per your percentile score your expected rank will be around 97,419 - 117,419.
It should be noted that the Overall Rank Predicted is on the basis of the expected total number of students i.e. 1150000 appearing in the JEE Mains April Session.
As per the rank, chances would be less for admission to DTU.
I would suggest you to appear for the JEE Main April exam also and try to score better in that exam.
