Actually it is a very average, and you have not mention in which examination you have secured this rank.

So it is quite difficult for us to tell you whether you get any chance or not.

If you are talking about JEE MAIN.then you may get a seat in government engineering college in some brunches like food technology,biotech,mining engineering, petroleum engineering,civil engineering etc.
