my rank in gitam entrance exam is 9,973 can i get a seat in gitam university in cse branch

Congratulations, on scoring well. Going through your rank, you have fair chances of getting Computer Science and Engineering branch is GITAM keeping in mind that closing rank is around 20,000. But you'll not be eligible for Fee concession as this is for candidates up to 3000 rank.
