Hello,
I don't think you are even qualified in jee main for josaa counseling so expecting any college through jee main is waste.
Go for state governed institutes or good private college is an option , you can also go for dropping this year if you are fresher.
You can consider these colleges which does not take admission through jee main

Hello,
With this huge rank in JEE main you cannot get a seat in any government colleges for engineering like NITs IIITs and GFTIs. Getting a seat in any government colleges would be impossible for you.
So please go for some good private engineering colleges in India like Sharda SRM Amity etc.

In this much rank, you would not be able to get admission in any NIT, IIIT or GFTI. You can get admission in the private colleges who takes admission through JEE Mains such as Heritage, MIT, PUNE, etc.
