This is the first time when IPU is taking admissions on the basis of JEE Mains. So we don't know how it's going to unfold. We don't have any previous year data regarding this to predict your college.
But with the reputation of IPU and your percentile, it doesn't seem that you will be able to get admission in IPU for B.tech.
