Sorry to say but chances of getting your admission here is negligible.
There are about 700 total seats available for 10 different branches.
To demonstrate the stability normally the cutoff rank for a general candidate lies within 1k hardly as per the previous year scenario.
But you can surely go for counseling because many students who have more better rank than you may prefer other colleges over this as this is the first time bit sindri is taking admission through jee mains.
