    Thanks Nikhil... Can he apply KCET, JEE Mains and VITEE 2019 as well. Any idea that if we withdraw from B.E 2nd year, do we need to pay full fees for remaing year of his Degree Course? Is there any UGC or some sort of Guidelines in case institute asks for all remaing year fees.
