Pls tell about vit refund policy 2026. If I want full fee refund then how many days before I need to apply ? If possible can u provide the rough idea of the date(jisse pehle mein apply kr du for full refund) as I am waiting for other colleges results as well.

VIT (Vellore Institute of Technology) follows the refund guidelines prescribed by the UGC. If you decide to withdraw your admission, the amount refunded depends on when you submit your cancellation request.

In general:

• 100% refund (after a small processing deduction of around 1,000–1,180) is available if you apply for cancellation at least 15 days before the officially notified last date of admission or before classes/orientation begin.

• 90% refund is typically applicable if the withdrawal request is submitted within 15 days before the last date of admission.
