if your ward qualifies NEET 2019 and wish to get admission in ACMS then you have to submit following documents original along with phtotocopy at the time of counselling or admission to ACMS
- proof of eligible category (submit certificate as applicable)
- original and photocopy of PPO, service record/discharge book, Identity card/serving certificate and dependent card
- willingness certificate
