Sir I can not get any govt college till 3rd round in WBJEE 2019.My gmr rank 15011 .Can i get in spot counselling in any branch in govt coll?

First of all this year no mop-up round is going to be held. Only decentralised counselling will be held i.e. spot round. You want a seat in government college with a rank of 15011. I think you have not filled the choice filling correctly. If you can compromise with your branch then you would have get a seat in govenment college till round 3. You could have got Apparel Production and Management in Government College of engineering and texile technology serampore. Still you have some chances left. You may get a seat if their is vacancy but you will have to compromise with your branch. You can get leather technology in GCELT , ceramic in GCECT and like that. So you can try.

Your rank is not good enough to get a seat in good government engineering college. You may get abacus college of engineering and management, engineering college of leather and textile etc. You may get jgec in the Decentralized round or mop up round
