    I am assuming that you are from general category and that you have a domicile in West Bengal. According to your rank you can get CSE in these inctitutes:

    sarbajit Acharjee Yes. You wont need donation. Just wait for the counseling and dont worry. As far as I know through last year records and my friends you will get a seat by the 2nd Round(or maybe even the first round) without any donation.

Check out the cutoff of cse from here. It has also given the cutoff for outside home state. All the best.
