Sir i got 158 rank in general category and in WO i got 81so sir can i get seat in good govt colleges

You have good rank and yes you will get a government college too. As per the categorical rank you have mentioned you will get an admission in a government college for sure. You can go for any college you are interested or find suitable.
You can also apply for TFW if available in the college you have applied or want to apply.
