Sir i got 53 marks(obc) in jee 2018 and qualified for jee advance and i got 88.33% in pcm.Can i get rtu kota or any other government college

First of all congratulations for your good percentage in Class 12th. Since you can't able to score more in mains it will affect your rank also....Isn't it ? But don't worry as you qualified the mains from OBC Category you will easily get the RTU eventhough i guess you may also get other Govt. colleges also
