Sir, I got 85 percentile and 1,33,402 rank ,OBC- DELHI Please Suggest a good government college in delhi with better branch!! And will it worth it to sit in Councelling?

Hello,
I would like to tell you that your rank is too high for getting a government college so let me tell you that it's not possible to get a government college because the cut offs are way higher for even obc category candidates.
However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs.

But DtU cutoff is quite favourable for me for mechanical branch for OBC-Delhi , Pls watch it out
